  • Gas source debugging: Connect air compressor, adjust pressure to 0.4-0.63MPa, discharge accumulated water, ensure clean and dry gas source.
  • Environment and protection: Clear work surface obstacles; operators must wear safety helmets, goggles, and non-slip gloves.
Startup and Drilling Operations
  • Start the drilling rig: Slowly open air supply valve, let rig idle for 10-20 seconds, check for smooth operation without abnormal noise.
  • Start drilling: Align drill bit with hole position, apply pushing force gradually, adjust speed based on material hardness.
  • Process monitoring: Maintain vertical drilling direction; if stuck, reduce thrust and speed, reverse operation before re-drilling.
Shutdown and Closing
  • Shutdown steps: Reduce thrust, close air source valve, wait for rig to stop, remove drill rod and bit, clean surface dust.
