In order to prevent core plugging during core drilling, different methods need to be taken to ensure.
1. For example, diamond bit with smaller inner diameter shall be used for water absorption and expansion, joint development and other easily blocked rocks, so as to enter the inner pipe operation smoothly.
2. In daily production, in order to ensure that the broken core can quickly enter the inner pipe, it is necessary to apply some lubricating grease on the inner pipe for easy access.
3. In addition, it is also necessary to design a special coring drilling tool, which can drill in the rock and ore bed with single action and double pipe, so as to better production.
